How to ensure correct SPI communication between DAC80508EVM and USB2ANY?

The hardware circuit has been connected, as shown in Figure 1 below. But the DAC80508EVM GUI shows that the connection is unsuccessful. I guess the communication with USB2ANY is not working correctly. How do I set the USB software interface to configure correctly? Figures 2 and 3 are the interfaces that need to be configured and the DAC read and write timing diagrams.
