We are happy to use TI parts and e2e forum always.
I need a help from you to select correct ADC part number of RF sampling design. In my design RF input / IF output will go through the coupler and RMS power detectors. Based on my RF input power level detector will produce 0.1V to 5V with step size of 20 to 50 mV. I should connect this analog voltage to ADC circuit and then microcontroller to measure RF power based on voltage input.
In this application kindly suggest me the suitable ADC part number and application note.
