Hi ti

Could you help to provide some ADC chipset with linux driver（better to have linux source code）? CPU is am571x。

spec

14bit~18bit,sample rate>10K，4ch and 8ch，input voltage <6v，spi interface，single input，better cost

If we want to measure differential single by the single input ADC,

how to we design an differential input front end of ADC?

differential->single->PA->ADC? Do you have some reference file?

Hi QIN,

ADS8688 ADC family may be a good solution for you. ADS8688A has more(5 bipolar+4unipolar) input ranges than ADS8688, please see the ADC part numbers in this family in the following table. Note that all of them are pin-pin compatible and these ADCs integrate internal precision voltage reference and analog front-end (AFE) including high input impedance, ADC driver and LPF filter on each channel.

The input ranges on these ADCs can be configured per channel:

±10.24 V, ±5.12 V, ±2.56 V, ±1.28 V, ±0.64 V
10.24 V, 5.12 V, 2.56 V, 1.28 V
