ADS1118-Q1: Single-ended input impedance

Hi team,

Could you please let me know how to read input impedance when single-ended input?

The EC table shows typical 6MOhm common-mode impedance when FSR=+/-2.048V.

Does it mean 4 each SE input has 6MOhm input impedance?

Also, could you please  provide minimum and maximum input impedance value?

    Hi Itoh-san,

    You are correct, in a single-ended measurement the input impedance will be ~6Mohm (typical) when FSR = 2.048V. This applies to any and all input channels. The input for ADS1018-Q1 uses a switched cap for sampling the input voltage. Because of this, the input appears as an input impedance with differential and common-mode components.

    We don't have min/max data available for the input impedance specification on the ADS1118-Q1
