A customer company was developing a product with ADS7138QRTERQ1, but due to a delivery issue, we are urgently considering a replacement product.

We are considering ADS7138IRTET as a non-automotive product.

Please check the product differences.

Is it a replaceable part?

    Hi MJ,

    The ADS7138 is a pin-compatible and software-compatible non-automotive qualified replacement for the ADS7138-Q1. The ADS7138-Q1 is offered in a QFN with wettable flanks and the ADS7138 is offered in a regular QFN. the devices are footprint compatible as well.

    Turbo compatator mode is a function only available in Q1 product. Can you explain the function?

    Is there any difference in product performance depending on the presence or absence of the function?
