ADCS7476: ADC long term stability

Part Number: ADCS7476

Hi ADC team,

I have a question about ADCS7476 long term stability.

#1

In general, opamp offset voltage drift and voltage reference have long term stability but are there any other parameter that ADC has to care about?

#2

ADCS7476 voltage reference is external reference so we don't need to consider voltage referece.

However ADCS7476 has internal buffer like below so do we have this offset voltage drift?

Regards,

Kai

  • Hello,

The datasheet has all the performance specifications available for the device. The parameters that are commonly key care abouts are gain and offset errors.  the image you are referring to would be considered in the  parameters given in the datasheet.

    Cynthia

  • Hi Cynthia,

I know we have VOFF and GE in datasheet but there is no long term stability information.

Do we have long term stability of ADCS7476 VFF and GE?

    Regards,

    Kai

  • The information given is appropriate for the lifetime of the device, as long as it is operated within the specifications.
