TX7316EVM: software not initialize

the software initialization is not stable, most of the time I got the following error, only in rare case, after power off and on several cycles, it will connected, but once connected, it works fine. 

I followed the instruction, power off the 5V power, only connected USB cable. 

TX software is 1.0.1.38, windows 10 pro.

    Hi Praveen

    I have forwarded the question to ultransound email as you mentioned for few days. didn't get any response yet. not sure if the email sent out successfully. I still have this problem, very hard to initialize the 7316 board, the software has to enter the demo mode every time. hope some one can help me have a look, by the way, the NDA was signed with a company called, Huafeng medical, I can send you a copy if required.
