In my Application, I want to sample CCD waveform.

Image of CCD waveform is shown below.

Can I use ADS54J66 to Sample this kind of waveform??

Will there be any complications ?

Pavan,

The device should be able to capture this data. Since this is an interleaving part, you will probably have to freeze the interleave engine. Data was collected from a similar part, the ADS54J64, using a pulse input and bypassing the DUC. See attached. This option is supported by the ADS54J66 as well. Either part may be an option for your application.
