Couple of questions
1. The part drawing gives 2 temperature limits .. 105C ambient and 125C ambient. I was told by help desk that all parameters in table 7.5 are met at 105C, but some are not met all the way to 125C. Can you provide details as to what parameters are not good to 125C ambient (and maybe what ambient temperature they are good to if you have that)?
2. Do you have a maximum operational junction temperature for the part at 105C, or the maximum allowable power dissipation (so that the junction limit can be calculated using the JA value). The thermal data includes JB, JC, etc … but no junction limit in which case these values don't mean much.
Just as an explanation, working in aerospace our environments sometimes exceed the ambient limits (especially if its 85C, but 105 C in this case is a possibility). When this happens we pursue the junction limit, which is more representative of the parts capability.
