Are there any DDS DACs that can output FMCW chirp of 5-10 GHz in like 10-20uS?

Hi Jim,
We have have DDS that generates a sine wave. You could modulate the signal after the DAC.

not really a solution ... looking for a single IC that is loaded with bits and then executes the chirp with that info ... what if I changed the chirp to 2.5-5 GHz. There was an app a couple of years ago that said something like "Program CHIRP into TI Radar Devices"
