TSC2004: Designing with resistive touch Screen

Part Number: TSC2004

Hi Team,
I am using TSC2004IRTJT in one of my projects.
The display we are using is 1743 which has a resistive touch screen with analog output.
I am planning to use TSC2004IRTJT to convert those analog values to I2C so that my controller can read those data.
1). Is TSC2004IRTJT the correct choice for my purpose?
2). What is the purpose of the AUX pin on the TSC2004IRTJT chip?.
3). I want to wake up my host MCU from low power mode when touch is detected. I think pin ~PINTDAV will do the job?.
4). My device will be running from a 3.7V battery, so I'll need a controller whose power consumption is very low.
