ADC128D818: How to connect unused inputs

Hello team,

Customer is using ADC128D818 in their design.

If one or more input channels of the IC are not used, what is the recommended connection (floated/pulled-up/pulled-down).

    Hi Frank,

    Best practice is to GND the unused inputs, or tie them to another known potential within the supply range.  Although floating them is acceptable there is a higher risk for noise-pickup which could impact the selected/used channels. 

    Any interest in the newer, and smaller, ADS7128 or TLA2528?  If not, would you confirm what features keep them hooked on the D818?

    Not sure why they choose ADC128D818, they haven't shared this info.
