I have a question about data sampling .

In the case of the figure, where is the analog sampling point?

Hello Koide-san,

The acquisition period ends after the first three SCLK cycles and then device enters the conversion (hold) phase. So, the voltage that the internal sampling capacitor is charged to at the end of the tACQ cycle will be the voltage that is converted.

I understood the contents.

Also, I have an additional request.

If you have an open / short test report for future development, please provide it.

(Short to adjacent pin, short to GND, short to supply, And each pin is open)

Hello Koide-san,

I do not believe we have the requested information for this family of devices. We additionally checked the -Q1 devices and did not find the information there either. TI provides a good amount of qualification information on the device product folder (link below):
