Part Number: ADS7828
Hi Team,
My customer have a question about TSSOP package size we shown in the datasheet.
We know the Max standard dimension of TSSOP16 pin is 5.1*4.5mm but we add a noted in (3)Mold flash, (4)Interlead flash at the below.
So customer is wondering, when they add our part into their symbol database, should they consider there Mold Flash and Interlead flash ?
Which mean :
Length max=4.5+(0.25*2)
Width max=5.1+(0.15*2)
One of my concern is if we consider these flash, our package size will different from other's vendor, it might cause we can't join the multisource pool.(Others vendor didn't mentioned these flash in the spec.)
