AFE5828: Digital TGC can be enabled by EN_DTGC pin and register EN_DIG_TGC. Should I enable either one or both for digital TGC?

You can consider that internal to the device, the enable signal to the DTGC engine is a OR gate between (EN_DTGC pin and EN_DIG_TGC register control). Enabling either one of them should work.
