Part Number: ADS1299EEGFE-PDK
Hi!
So I have been using ADS1299EEGFE-PDK on my laptop before and it worked well. But then I need to change my HDD to SSD so I need to reinstall all apps including the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK Software. When I reinstalled it, this time there is no "Found New Hardware Wizard" to detect MMB0 (NI-VISA) but since I have used it on my laptop before, my laptop instantly recognized the MMB0 Board in the device manager. I ran the software and the startup went well even the "Reading Registers" part took much longer time than before, but still it showed that the device was ready. The problem is when I try to acquire test signal via analyze tab, it showed the 6004 error code.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times now but the problem still arises. I have all the jumpers with factory defaults except for the J6 or data channels. I have checked TP7 had 5V supply, TP10 has 3.3V supply, and TP9 has 1.8V supply so I think power is not the problem here but if I checked TP5, it didn't show 5V as it supposed to, instead I got lie 0.89V (not completely 0V).
Could someone help me with the 6004 Error? Thanks in advance.
