ADC128S102QML-SP: Elders test information/rating

Hello, I am trying to determine the ELDERS rating for the 5962R0722701VZA. On the site, there is a link to a paper discussing ELDERS sensitivity, but this exact part was not tested. I did see that the report was able to say that the CMOS7 and CMOS9 processes could be considered ELDERS free, is this part made using this process?

 

Is there any additional ELDERS information for this part? I was wondering if it might be considered exempt from this kind of testing. This is usually done if a part is considered to not have any linear bipolar circuits or was digital cmos? Does this part fall under this category?

    Hello Radek, 

    We are double-checking to 100% confirm, but our understanding is the following:

    The ADC128S102 is pure CMOS and so ELDRS is not a concern.  In addition, we performed low dose rate testing on this process to confirm that the process does not have ELDRS.  

    For other parts with bipolar transistors inside it (again, not the CMOS ADC128S102-SP) , ELDRS will be a consideration and testing is usually required.
