Hi team,

Does TSC2007 and TSC2004 have the touch non-detection mode?
If there is a mode like sleep mode, please tell me how to do it.

Sincerely.
Kengo.

  • Hi Kengo,

the function you are looking for exists on TSC2007

for TSC2007 this is controlled with the power down bits PD0 and PD1 bits in the command byte. Specifically if you set PD0-PD1 as 11 this will disabled the A/D converters and PENIRQ output.

for TSC2004 I don't believe that touch non-detection exists. you may however read up on the STS and PND bits, but in any case the touch will still be detected

both of these are documented in their respective data sheets

    Regards,
    Arthur
