need to replace ADS7850 with ADS7853. Does ADS7853 device can be fully compatible with ADS7850 on power up without writing data to control register?

The ADS7853 can be used to replace ADS7850. The ADS7853 has a more flexibility than the ADS7850, but the default settings at power-up will be the same as ADS7850. For example:
The pinout of both devices is the same in the 16-pin WQFN package.
