Please explain the differences between the two parts below.

Also, please check whether the two parts are interchangeable.

From what I've confirmed, it seems that the two parts are P2P possible with the TSSOP Package.

Please confirm the contents of the above request.

    I am sorry, but I don't see in your post which devices you are comparing. I assume ADS131B04-Q1 and ADS131M04?

    Hi MJ,

    the ADS131M04 and ADS131B04-Q1 are pin-to-pin compatible.
    Following are the most critical things which are different in ADS131B04-Q1:

    • Added input buffers which increase the input impedance but also limit the input voltage range.
    • Added internal oscillator. Note the difference in bit 7 in the CLOCK register.
    • Improved offset error and offset drift.
    • Improved noise performance at Gain = 8.
    • Removed channel-to-channel phase delay option.
    • Removed DC block filter.
    • Removed current-detect mode.
    • No support for 1.8V SPI interfaces.
    • Some other minor changes with respect to DRDY pin behavior options.
