Is it suitable as an adc to be used for infrared noise canceling?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS4145, ADC3244, ADC3224, ADC3664
The infrared signal containing noise is divided into two signals so that the phase is 180 degrees.
Communication data is communicated at 1 mhz, and at this time, it converts even ambient noise into a signal using adc.
Among the digitized signals, the 1 MHz data signal among the 0 degree phase signals is filtered, leaving only the noise component.
Using fpga, a signal of 180 degree phase and a signal of 0 degree phase are synthesized, leaving only 1Mhz communication signal. It is similar to RF noise canceling.

My question is, can the ad9255 adc digitize even ambient noise including signals at 1 mhz?

I'm not good at English, so please understand. thank you.
