Our customer has a question regarding the ADC128S102QML-SP. Kindly see below
On your attached data sheet, in section 6, it has maximum Soldering Temperature of 260 deg C. What does this mean?
Does it mean, when we are soldering the device onto our CCA, we should NOT exceed 260 deg C for longer than 10 seconds?
