My customer want to test 12V_AUX on the input channel 3 of the ADC, the 3.3V VDD is not applied at that time.
Can we apply the input voltage at the input before the VDD voltage is applied?

Hi Fabin,
Welcome aboard! The analog inputs should not exceed VDD by more than 200mV. Applying your 12V_AUX before VDD is established runs the risk of part damage and therefore is not recommended.
