I have a question regarding BUTTERWORTH FOURTH-ORDER LPF - TLC14ID. In my circuit the TTL CLOCK is in use and inputs LS & CLKIN (CMOS) are connected to the GND. During JTAG test the TTL clock is not provided to the filter (stable "1" is set), so the question is what should I expect to receive at the filter's output due to no any clock is provided to the chip ? I didn't find that case described at the datasheet.
