Hi Mark,
When plugging the ADS1278EVM board into the MMB0 board, it is important that the connector pins are properly aligned, J3, J4, and J5. If the pins are bent and shorting together, or there is a solder bridge between pins, then the EVM may not work correctly.
Was the customer able to get the EVM to work before making changes?

Keith Nicholas

Hi Keith, I received feedback from them that the board they received was on that status. Can you confirm if this is valid for returns?
Thank you.
Hi Mark,
Sorry for the delay; I have been out of office for the holidays.
I am not aware of a return policy, but since the EVM is damaged, I suggest you order another EVM for the customer free of charge.
Thanks,
Keith
