Hi,
It would be best to provide some sample rate, resolution and bandwidth requirements needed for your application.
I see the attachment, but this could be used with many ADCs.
The ADC12DJ5200RF or the ADC12QJ1600 families come to mind.
There is also a parametric table on TI.com that can help down select from many ADC bases on some simple requirements.

Rob
can you suggest which can handle The RF output swing is ±1.8 V into 50 Ω. sapling rate 300 MSPS to 1000 MSPS is acceptable
Hi Sreevalsen,
I would try the ADC12D1000 or D1600. Here is a link to the datasheet.
Regards,
Rob
it work only till -.5 v ,as i understand .while the requirement is till -1.8v. in positive swing it will work till 2V.can you suggest something work for both swing
Hi Sreevalsen,
Do you need to DC couple the analog inputs? If not, then this will work. Just need to use an input attenuate, resistive T pad to bring the signal down within range of the ADC.
This is what most would do.
If you need to DC couple the RF output and ADC inputs, then yes, we will need to think of a another solution.

Rob
Hi Sreevalsen,
Okay, if you need to DC couple, then is there an amplifier being used on the previous stage to drive the ADC?
If you can sketch out your signal chain and forward to me, that might make it more clear for me.
Thanks,
Rob
I have to measure the dc shift as well as high frequency component of analog signal.my signal flow is Integrated 90deg Hybrid Balanced Receiver followed by amplifier (in case required for Filtering) followed by adc followed by fpga
Hi Sreevalsen,
What amplifier is connected to the ADC? The common mode voltages of each will need to be set accordingly in order for this to work correctly.
Regards,
Rob
Hi Sreevalsen,
I didn't see an amplifier datasheet attached. Can you please provide the PN of the amplifier you plan to use?
Thx,
Rob

I have not yet selected amplifier
Hi Sreevalsen,
Okay, understand now. After looking at this datasheet in more detail. I would use the ADC12DJ3200 or ADC12DJ5200RF. Both of these would interface the easiest to the Optoplex module and no amplifier stage would be required.
The only thing that would be required is a network attenuation pad or circuit from the output of the module to the inputs of the ADC. The attenuation pad loss would need to be as such that the module's output voltage of +/-3.6V be attenuated to +/-500mV.
Thx,
Rob
Thank you Mr.Reeder.could you suggest any network attenuation pad in this bandwidth?
Hi Sreevalsen,
Please see attached. Here is a pad that will work for you. Please put this in-between each analog output/input of the module and ADC respectively.
Regards,
Rob
