AMC1100DUBR

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV6001, AMC1100

Hello,

I have designed a circuit for measure Motor's supply voltage with the help of AMC1100DUBR .  Which is usable for voltage and current measurement.

The TLV6001IDBVT - Opamp working as a differential amplifier. Which will give differential output into single ended output. Vsense is measured my PIC Controller ADC pins.

As per my application - VMOTOR supply voltage is 48V. As per the datasheet chapter 6.9 table Output common-mode voltage | 4.5 V ≤ VDD2 ≤ 5.5 V |  Vout should be 2.4V - 2.55V -  2.7V. But am getting constantly 1.27V with and without VMOTOR supply voltage. Please let me know the what we have missed in design or testing.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Palanikumar,

The output common-mode voltage that you are seeing is consistent with a supply voltage of 2.7 V ≤ VDD2 ≤ 3.6 V. Can you please confirm the VDD2 voltage by measuring across C27?

How is the 5V supply generated and does it have the capability of supplying the necessary current to both the AMC1100 and TLV6001?

Are any other devices connected to this 5V supply?
