ADS125H02EVM: ADS125H02EVM connection error

Hello,

I'm using Delta-Sigma ADC software to connect ADS125H02EVM. In console tab, the software has received the device ID as ADS125H02, However, in device tab, the software can't read the register map and the register decode information. 

All jumpers and switches are configured in the default configuration.

Please help me.

    Hi Vu,

    It appears that the EVM device package is not installed. When the device connects but does not display the register map it is because the GUI cannot find it. Most of the time it is because the device package was not installed, or because the device package was installed first. The main GUI must be installed first.

    So you might need to either install the device package, or uninstall the GUI & device package, then reinstall the GUI followed by the device package.
