ADC12DJ3200QML-SP: Inquriry about radiation issue

Hello,

My customer is considering using the ADC12DJ3200ML-SP for a satellite project.

They recently heard that a major aerospace manufacturere found a problem with the ADC12DJ3200ML-SP in a radiation test and had stoped using it.

Does the ADC12DJ3200ML-SP have radiation related issues or has it been in the past?

If yes, please provide documentation detailing the issues found and how to resolve them.

Hi JH,

I am not aware of any radiation issues with the ADC12DJ3200-SP. I think it would be better for the customer or you to direct us to this reported issue. Otherwise, it's just a hearsay.

Unfortunately, this would be a violation of customer confidentiality. We cannot provide this information.

I have checked with other sources internally and there are no reported issues with the ADC12DJ3200-SP.
