we hava purchase212pcs DAC7731EC(pic3) and randomly selected 4 pcs of them for testing ,results are : 1 piece failed, 3 pieces out of tolerance,see attched pic1 ,the machine for testing is Super large specification digital-analog mixed circuit test system as pic 2 ,please help me for reasons . thanks .

Hi Chen,

Do these devices fail on retest? Are you soldering them to a PCB or testing in a fixture? Do the parts or the system pass if you do a A-B-A swap? If testing in a system, what is the schematic?

Thank you for reply.

We are soldering them to a PCB ,and found them have Input while without DA output . then we pick some out to do test under normal temperature ,the results were we sent you before . but we have done verification and analysis per attached . ,feel free share us your opinions .Thanks

By the way , Do all TI products have TI‘s log after open their lid(cover)?

Hi Chen,

I cannot comment if every device has a unit TI logo or identifier on the DIE. I believe you should reach out to the distributor you purchased the devices from and request a quality evaluation.
