ADS8865: Need few electrical characteristics of IC ADS8865IDGSR

Part Number: ADS8865

Hi,

Need below mentioned electrical characteristics of Differential ADC IC ADS8865IDGSR

1.Gain Error, TMIN to TMAX
2.Power Supply Sensitivity
3.AC accuracy - Dynamic range
4.IIL(digital input)
5.IIH(digital input)
6.VDD to VIO
7.junction temperature

  • Hello Shanmuga,

    1. Maximum Gain error over -40C to 85C (min to max temperature) is specified as +/-0.01%.

    2. Power supply sensitivity, or PSRR, is specified as 80dB, or 0.01%.

    3. Dynamic range is equivalent to SINAD At 1kHz, or 96.4dB typical.

    4. IIL (I assume input current with input at GND); Current is dominated by leakage current of internal ESD protection diodes, I-lk=+/-10nA typical, +/-100nA maximum.

    5. IIH (I assume input current with input at DVDD); Current is dominated by leakage current of internal ESD protection diodes, I-lk=+/-10nA typical, +/-100nA maximum.

    6. VDD (AVDD) to VIO (DVDD); There is no limitation for one supply relative to the other.  For example, AVDD=3V and DVDD=0V is acceptable, although the device would not operate correctly in this case.  The recommended range for each supply is 2.7V=<AVDD<=3.6V and 1.65V=<DVDD<=3.6V relative to GND for specified performance.

    7. Under maximum power dissipation, the internal junction temperature rise relative to ambient temperature is less than 1degC.  We fully specify the maximum ambient operating temperature up to 85degC for all modes of operation.  You can estimate the maximum junction temperature with Tambient=85C as 86C in this case.
