Dear Support,

In my TSW14J57 development package, from the TSW14J57revE FW Architechture.docx.

I quote

“NIOS project can be opened in Quartus tool itself, with Tools->NIOS II Software Build Tools for Eclipse option and user can input the codes path as \‘Relative path of Project’\ip\software

”

In my Quartus project, at the mentioned location, there are only two files,

Meminit.qip.

Nios2_jesd_reconfig.hex.

I don’t see any eclipse project or C/C++ source code.

Could you please tell me where is the source code of this nios2_jesd_reconfig project? or send me a copy if it is not in the package.

Do you need the source code for an ADC, DAC or AFE application?

Hi Jim,

I opened the project, you sent me this package before, it is a fully package of FPGA project. what I am looking for is the source code of the NIOS II that is implemented inside the FPGA. the document mentioned it should be in the directory of the project you just sent, (at directory ~prj/ip/software). but there is only the binary file there. I also sent an email to ultrasound support team. they mentioned that it might be a third-party project, I believe even it was developed by 3rd party. TI should have the source code for potential customer. otherwise, every user develops their own copy from scratch, it is really a waste of time.

David,

A third party did this firmware for TI and they no longer provide firmware support. Their software team which still supports us report the same issue but they found similar files for another version of the source code. We are not sure whether these will help but you can download the project and files from the following link:
