Hi,
I use separate LVDS clock oscillator for ADC3422.
I separate digital power supply and analog power supply for this ADC IC.
So, for oscillator, which power supply should be connected, digital or analog?

I have two choice of clock input for ADC3422.
Both of them has the same jitter value.
Which one is better solution?
1) 3.3V LVDS oscillator, but 3.3V can only shares with other digital circuit. You know analog power rail of this ADC3422 is 1.8V.
2) 1.8V LVCMOS oscillator, then it can shares analog power rail of this ADC3422.
Hi Shen,
Option 2, would be better as to not mix the clock and digital supply.
Thanks,
Rob
