TX517EVM: Output waveform

Yes, I used TX517EVM to run the top waveforms.

The yellow and blue waveforms are measurement results, and the red waveform is the result of  the difference between the two.

Could you please look at the TX517EVM User's Guide page 7?

And please use the following connection setting:

HV0:+1.9V,LV0:-1.9V,HV1:+15.0V,LV1:-5.2V,HV2:+8.0V,LV2:-3.0V,

also need VDD:+5V,VEE:-5V,VAA:+2.5V

please let VCW=OPEN.

I measured output waveforms on HV power supply OFF.

HV1 OFF

HV2 OFF

HV1 and HV2 OFF

The waveforms on HV2 power supply OFF seems wrong.

What are the possible causes of this?

you have gotten the problem due to it. Thank you very much!

On the TX517 datasheet page 13:

Table 1 Truth Table and Table 2 Disallowed logic states.

Due to the fault condition, the TX517 device could result in permanent damaged.

So could you please let us know?

I have not added any signal by any means other than the switch operation of TX517EVM. Does this mean that the switch operation of TX517EVM can cause the fault condition by disallowed logic states?

I don't think it's caused by the 'shoot-thru' fault condition of mosfet in TX517, because we have confirmed that HV0~2 is working as shown in the above figure.
