ADS5294: Unused Analog inputs and LVDS outputs

How do we deal with the unused LVDS outputs and analog inputs of part number ADS5294 if they are not used.

Hi,

Thanks for using ADS5294 device.

when you try not to use one channel,

please set the register (please refer to datasheet 9.6 Register Maps on page 40)

such as PDN_CH = 1 (to power down one channel) and also please review page 44 and page 41

to look at MAP_Chxxxx_to_OUTxx option to decide its D15 bit in order to Mapping

Between Input channels and output pins. (please also refer to page 60-63) .

Please refer to the datasheet carefully.

Hi,

And when the analog input pin is unused or floating,

please refer to the datasheet page 30 Figure 44,

both INP and INM will be at DC Vcm level.
