TLA2024EVM-PDK: Failed to connect to device

Hi,

I'm having issues connecting the the TLA2024EVM via the GUI. It appears as though the device connects for 1 or 2 seconds (green indicator with 'device connected' status) then a 'Connection Failure' message appears. I believe I am using the correct GUI, TLA2024EVM_GUI, and I have also manually installed the 'Generic Bulk Device' driver which did not install correctly originally though the TICloudAgent installation, but although there is no longer a warning next the the 'Generic Bulk Device', I am not convinced it is properly installed. Is there any further trouble shooting for this EVM that can be done?

Update:

When manually installing 'usb_dev_bulk.inf' following the steps in the FAQ, i get a message indicating windows encountered a problem installing the device:

Hi Tyler,

Sorry to hear that you are running into issues with running the software.

Regarding the .inf file, can you disable the windows driver signature enforcement and then try and re-install usb_dev_bulk.inf? The link below shows an example of how to do this. You can use option 2.

Once your PC restarts after disabling the driver signature enforcement, you should then be able to install the drivers. Let me know if this helps and if you are able to connect to the GUI.
