TSW1400EVM: Memory initialization problem when connected to AFE5818EVM

Part Number: TSW1400EVM

I have connected an AFE5818EVM to TSW1400EVM. I installed the required software (HSDC Pro and HMC DAQ GUI)  successfully. Following the provided user manual, when trying to capture data I receive the error: "Read DDR to file TIMED_OUT_ERROR" 

However USER_LED5 (D7) is turned off meaning that the DDR memory is not initialized successfully. It is a brand new board, any idea what might cause receiving this error?

    This can be closed. The problem was solved. We connected the power cable to the power supply through some thin cables not rated for the needed current (it draws around 1.35 A) causing a bit of voltage drop across the junction cable. The FPGA board is very sensitive to the voltage and could not initialize the DDR memory.
