DAC11001A: Temperature calibration behavior

Part Number: DAC11001A

Hi,

we would like to use the DAC11001A (or B) in a project but could not find specific information on the behavior of the
temperature calibration mode.

1. How long does the calibration normally take?

2. What happens with the output of the DAC during calibration?

Data on gain/zero code/Full-Scale error without calibration seems to be missing from the datasheet.

Is said data available elsewhere?

Regards,

Leo

  • Hi Leo,

    1. How long does the calibration normally take?

It might be < 1ms ( rough estimate) ,as mentioned in the Data sheet the status can be read on a ALM pin once the calibration is done.

    2. What happens with the output of the DAC during calibration?

It will be previous state o/p.

    3. Data on gain/zero code/Full-Scale error without calibration seems to be missing from the datasheet.

Yes, Datasheet values are calibrated one.
