Does anyone have any thermal data? I'm looking for the thermal resistance from the junction to the bottom of the case (C/W) and from the junction to the top of the case (C/W) for additional heat sinking.

At this point, the only value that we have available is the Theta JA for the device. This junction to ambient thermal resistance is 200°C/W and is shown on page 2 of the datasheet.
If you need this, I can check to see if the thermal modelling group can generate the Theta JC and Theta JB numbers for this device. It may take two weeks to generate the values from a thermal model.

Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 90.0
Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 38.0
Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 33.3
Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 4.1
Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 32.8
Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a
I believe that because this device does not have a thermal pad underneath the device, the Theta JC, bottom is not reported.
