AFE4500EVM: EDA related questions

Hi 

I have some questions.

1. Are RESP and EDA/GSR both tested in bio-Z mode？Is it just a difference in motivation? 

          Please provide the test principle and relevant materials in this respect。

2. Can RESP and EDA/GSR be measured simultaneously?
3. Location requirements for EDA/GSR detection。
