ADS4142EVM: EVM + TSW board problem

Part Number: ADS4142EVM

Hi,

I'm using ADS4142EVM board.

I am applying a 200mV amplitude sine wave from a 50-ohm signal generator to J6 input of the EVM (Single Ended). I am not applying any DC.

The output at the software of the evaluation board (TSW1405EVM) is -16 dBFS.

I thought : 20*log(200m/1)= -14 dBFS but I am getting -16 dBFS.

My questions :

1. Why am I seeing 2 dB difference? Is it correct to use 1 in the denominator?

2. Is the input is 50-ohm matched?

PS: I am using the default setting on the "High speed data converter pro" software with 65536 samples (Analysis window) at 10-MHz sampling rate.
