TSW1400EVM: Program with .sof and USB Blaster

I've made the modifications that are mentioned in several other threads:

"Install R55=1k, R57/58/59/60/129=0, Remove R61/62/63/64"

But I get the error:

"Error (209040): Can't access JTAG chain"

I have Rev D of the board and have not made any other alterations.

Also make sure to install R129, R131 and R132.

still getting "no device connected" error

Seth,

You must also remove R138 and R139 and install R137 and R140 to set the MSEL mode properly. I have not done this in over 10 years on this board so pardon my lack of info. Looking at the Altera data sheet may also be of help.
