ADS1602: Thermal resistance

While these specs are not available in the ADS1602 datasheet, you can find them for some other products in the same PFB-48 package.  The typical values range from:

Theta-JA:  60C/W - 85C/W

Theta-JC:  15C/W - 25C/W
