AFE0064: Full Scale Range

Hi,

In the datasheet it mention Eight Adjustable Full Scale Ranges (0.13 pC min to 9.5 pC max).

Does that mean that the largest input charge that can be tolerated is only 9.5pC?

If the application needs 150nC of charge is there a workaround to do regarding this or is there other IC that can meet this requirement?

    the AFE0064 has max. charge range = 9.6pC. 

    1) what is charge integration time? The AFE0064 can operate at faster speed. With faster speed charge acquired per scan will reduce. there are some tradeoffs to be consider in this method.

    2) you can also check TI's CT family products.  Most of latest devices support hundreds of pC. Some DDC family devices with less channel count (DDC112) can support 1nC charge with external capacitor.
