ADS1232REF: Terminal program documentation

Hi Team,

On section 5.1 of the datasheet mentions a c for instructions on how to work with the REF-board from a terminal program.

However, I tried looking for this "terminal program documentation" but I was unable to find any related resources. Can you clarify this?

Can you also provide links to "terminal program documentation" ?

    Hi Marvin,

    The 'terminal program documentation' is referring to the documentation for the desired terminal program you intend to use.  For example, the terminal (or sometimes called console) is a program application such as HyperTerminal or TerraTerm.  Back when the ADS1232REF was first released, HyperTerminal was a standard product included with the MS-OS.  I currently use TeraTerm which is a free program found by an internet search.  There is also PuTTY as another option.
