The DS recommends to use a minimum 150nF capacitor for noise filtering at the VREFIO pin (chapter 8.3.2 Internal Reference). The DS80502EVM Evaluation Modules has a 100nF parallel to a 10uF. As I have very limited room, I prefer using only one capacitor. What would you recommend? VDD is less than 10mm from the LDO and is decoupled (100nF + 10uF).
