ADC3643EVM: Invalid URL for GUI tool

Hello,

I'm looking for GUI tool for ADC3643EVM.
Then, I found following E2E thread.

However, It seems URL which is attached above thread is invalid.
(When I access this I got "Sorry, the page you’re looking for can’t be found." message)
And I also same file name from following device.
ADC3662EVM 評価ボード | TI.com

And I could not access GUI tool download page as well.

Q1. Could you please tell me which URL is valid ?
(At first, I would like to confirm which parameter user can configure for CDCE6214. (Especially, would like to know outpur interface of OUT2 of CDCE)

Hi Ryuuichi,

The ADC35XX/36XX device families share the same GUI. Please navigate to the link: https://www.ti.com/tool/ADC3643EVM. Under the section titled ‘Order & Start Development’ there is a section called ‘Hardware and Software Package’. Click the red button on the right titled ‘View Package’.

The correct GUI to install is at this location.

The onboard clocking chip can be configured from the GUI. Referencing the CDCE6214 datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cdce6214.pdf?ts=1648147395496&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FCDCE6214) the output buffers of OUT2 are compatible with various signaling standards – LP-HCSL and LVDS-like. Page 25 provides additional details to consider when using these different standards. Figure 23 on page 18 is also helpful.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.
I could install GUI and check setting, but there is parameter which I could set output interface for OUT2.
So, I confirmed python script, and it seems that CDC setting is performed on CDC_setup.py.
I confirm all modules in this file, but there is no code which access R63(LP-HCSL) and R65(LVDS).
Since LP-HCSL is enabled in default setting, I understand that user can only choose LP-HCSL.
Is my understanding correct ?

Hi Ryuuichi,

I do not see a way to change the signal standards in the GUI. I am checking with our software team and will get back to you once I hear from them.

Hi Ryuuichi,

I have confirmation from the SW team that there is not an option in our GUI to change the clock signaling standard.
