Sir,

I am using ADS1298ECG-FE EVM with latest software downloaded in WINXP-SP2 , The software first is not showing the full screen and config reg are either shows all 0 or 1 . If i press AQUIRE saying DSP collecting data after some time displaying data but no data on the display .

please help .

The software should be optimized for a 1280 x 1024 resolution screen (or larger). If you cannot see the screen, there is a vertical scroll bar located on the right side of the screen to enable you to see all the screen.

Regarding data collection, are you using all default settings? The inputs will all default to "Normal Electrode", so you will want to supply a signal otherwise the inputs will show as floating or background noise.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your reply. In the about it shows DEVICE ID is ADS1198 REV 7 , Firmware Version 0.2.15 , In default settings if i press aquire now it shows only stright lines ,No noise . In the Board i can BGA ADS1298 installed. I connected the new cables with CARDIOSIM II and it is switched on , any jumbers settings i need to do . plz help .

Please review the user guide at http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/ads1298ecgfe-pdk.html for jumper/configuration settings for the ADS1298ECG-FE.

Please note that the board may differ slightly since all new boards have the TQFP device on the EVM instead of the BGA.
