    Hello Sakai-san,

    We don't have characterization data on tHIGH and tLOW times outside the data sheet limits. However, if these min/max values are violated, it is possible that there may be some THD degradation and potentially some data corruption. I strongly recommend keeping tHIGH and tLOW times within the min and max limits stated in the data sheet.
