ADC32J42: Possible typo?

Hi Experts,

Our customer would like to know if SYNC~ pins are correctly labeled.

In the datasheet, SYNCM~ (PIN 42) is a Positive JESD204B SYNC~ input and SYNCP~ (PIN 43) is a Negative JESD204B SYNC~ input, referring to the "M" pin as the positive input and the "P" pin as the negative input goes against convention. Is this a typo? can you help clarify?

This is definitely a typo. The pin names are incorrect, the description is correct. The positive sync is pin 42. The negative SYNC is pin 43.

Hi Chase,

I also noticed that the SYNCP/M are swapped (corrected?) in net labeling on the schematic of the eval board.

but the device pin SYNC_P-> PIN 43 and SYNC_M -> PIN 42 matches the evaluation schematic.

can you confirm this?

Would it be possible to correct this typo in our datasheet?

This is likely because the schematic symbol was created using the datasheet (with incorrect pin names). I will soon begin the process to correct this info for the device family's datasheet(s).
